Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for their own business purposes.
Saint John Media, LLC dba Revenue Rescue strives to deliver measurable results for every client. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including revenue increases, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, industry competition, and client business operations. Any case studies or examples shared are illustrative and not a guarantee of future performance.
Our AI-powered tools operate based on machine learning models and automation logic. While we work to ensure accuracy and reliability, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or require human review. Saint John Media, LLC dba Revenue Rescue is not liable for any decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs without appropriate human oversight.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saint John Media, LLC dba Revenue Rescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saint John Media, LLC dba Revenue Rescue and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Saint John Media, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
